The U.S. today made the highly intelligent strategic move of telling our enemies on the battlefield where they will be safe from our military.

The top U.S. general in Afghanistan will soon formally order U.S. and NATO forces to break away from fights with militants hiding in Afghan houses so the battles do not kill civilians, a U.S. official said Monday.


Hey, we can debate whether or not this is a good policy. Maybe it is, maybe it isn't. But to announce the strategy to the enemy so they know where they are safe? Come on...
