President Barack Obama ordered his budget office on Wednesday to spend the taxpayers' money more wisely.

That ought to do it, thanks very much, Barack. That'll lead to the $40 billion in savings you're counting on . Government waste will now be a thing of the past.

Kind of reminds me of a classic sequence in the movie Ghostbusters found at 0:55 in the video clip below.
